Study table and workstation for users with disabilities
Group study room
This room provides a whiteboard, a blackboard and ample electrical outlets. The room does not need to be reserved.
are single-user study rooms students can apply for. 4 study carrels are available in the Physics Department Library.
Application for study carrels
Course reserve collections include the basic literature required for particular courses. They have been compiled by the lecturers themselves.
In Primo Knowledge Portal you can search for the lecturer's name or the title of the course by using the tab 'Course Reading'. All items which are part of this course reserve will be displayed.
Location: Course reserve can be found diagonally across from the information desk.
Items placed on course reserve are not for loan but are available for studying and scanning in the library. The course reserve is kept in place for the duration of the course (usually for one semester). After that reserves are cleared and itelms are shelved at their original location.
Book storage trolleys
can be moved around the library. Students who use a trolley can store their checked-out books and personal materials in it for later use.
can be used to store checked-out media and personal materials over night. Keys for the boxes are available at the circulation desk.
Coats and bags must be stored in lockers for the duration of the stay in the library. You will need a 1 or 2 Euro coin.
can be used to carry around your belongings in the library.
Scanner & Printer
The scanner allows color scans (up to A3 format) at no charge in common formats (e.g. pdf, jpeg). The scans can be saved on USB flash drives, sent via email, saved in clouds (dropbox and owncloud) or printed out. Billing requires a "print@campus"-account in combination with the mensacard.

Book suggestions (analog and digital)
To recommend a title to be purchased by the library you can use the "Anschaffungsbuch" (book suggestion notebook) or send the suggestion online. You will find the Anschaffungsbuch underneath the "Neuerwerbungsregal" (recent acquisitions shelf).
