Please remember to return or renew items on time. Overdue notices are often sent already in the night after the due date.
Overdue items will incur fines:
- EUR 2 per item for the 1st overdue notice
- An additional EUR 5 per item for the 2nd overdue notice
- A further additional EUR 8 per item for the 3rd overdue notice
( = EUR 15 in total per item after the 3rd overdue notice)
Overdue interlibrary loan items will incur the same fines as above.
With a fine of over € 25.00 your account will be blocked and you will be unable to b orrow or renew items.
If fines are overdue more than 3 months, you will also not be allowed to borrow or renew items even with fines less than € 25.00. After you have paid these kind of fines, please ask circulation staff to unblock your account: Mon - Fri 9:00 - 19:00, Sat 10:00 - 18:00.
